The Beliefs, Emotions, & Attitudes about Mathematics (BEAM) Research lab is directed by Dr. Connie Barroso (Garcia) in the Department of Educational Psychology at Texas A&M University. In our research, we study the beliefs, emotions, attitudes, that people have about the subject of math. We hope that our work will help improve children, adolescents, and adults' learning and achievement in math as well as increase interest in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics fields.
