Prospective Students

Requirements

•  Students must have a high school diploma or its equivalent.  

• Students must be of good moral Christian character, and have the abilities capable of being trained and developed to fit their chosen field of Christian Service. 

• All transcripts of grades from any previous school should accompany the admission application.  

• $50.00 registration fee 

• A recent photograph of yourself

• A current resume is required if you are seeking life experience credits for ministry work. 

Credit Transfer Policy

Transferring students with earned credits from other institutions and/or ministry experience will be evaluated by the Administration and provided a cumulative credit summary. Coursework from a regionally accredited institution with a grade of C or better may be considered for transfer credit. 

Students wishing to attend another institution is subject to the discretion of the receiving institution on acceptance of credits earned at Be Encouraged in the Word Christian Bible College.

Registration Fees

Registration fees are 50.00 per term and due at time of registration unless other arrangements have been made. 

Tuition 

Tuition for Be Encouraged in the Word Ministry Members is $1000.00 per year. 

Tuition for non-members is $1200.00.

Payment Plan Option

Payment plans are available and payment are expected to be paid in a timely manner.

 Graduation Package

The Graduation package is 50.00, which includes the rental cap, gown, diploma diploma cover.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Registration fees are nonrefundable.  Requests for cancellation of enrollment must be made within one week (7 days) of the date of the enrollment agreement in order for tuition fee to be refunded in full.
