BD Pulse is committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe community. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page describes the standards and practices we follow to prevent, detect, and respond to such content and conduct on our platform.
BD Pulse strictly prohibits any content, conduct, or activity that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or harms children. This includes, but is not limited to:
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
Sexualization of minors, including in text, images, audio, video, or live broadcasts.
Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to engage a minor in sexual activity.
Trafficking, exploitation, or endangerment of children.
Sharing, linking to, or facilitating access to any of the above.
These prohibitions are part of our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and violations result in immediate removal of content and termination of the responsible account.
BD Pulse provides in-app reporting tools that allow any user to report content, accounts, comments, posts, or live sessions that may violate our child safety standards. Reports can be submitted directly from posts, comments, profiles, and live broadcasts within the app.
Users may also contact us directly at bdpulsednd2024@gmail.com to report child safety concerns.
When we receive a report or otherwise become aware of potential CSAE or CSAM, we:
Review the reported content or account promptly.
Remove violating content and disable or terminate the responsible account.
Preserve relevant information as required by law.
Report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement and other competent authorities as required.
We work to prevent abuse through our Community Guidelines, account and content moderation, user reporting tools, and enforcement actions against violating accounts. We continually review and improve our safety practices.
For child safety matters, including questions about our CSAM prevention practices and compliance, our designated point of contact is:

These standards are designed to comply with Google Play's Child Safety Standards Policy and applicable laws regarding the prevention of child sexual abuse and exploitation. We report CSAM and cooperate with NCMEC and relevant authorities as legally required.
