General Qualifications

There is no GPA cutoff. We care about what you can do, not how well you can memorize.
Preference for first and second years in undergrad. Third years, fourth years, and graduate students will be considered if they can provide reasonable evidence for long term commitment to the board and their institution.
Strong internal drive, high energy and passion are desired attributes/ qualities.
All majors and professional tracks wanted.
Ability to make a major time commitment
Ability to work at a fast pace.
