Founded in 1983 as Baliuag Christian Kindergarten Center, the school began with a mission rooted in Christian faith, service, and early childhood education. It was later renamed Baliuag Christian Community School in 1994, expanding its services to the wider Bulacan community as a ministry of the Baliuag United Methodist Church.
The offering of Elementary Education in 1999 marked the start of a full basic education program. In 2002, the institution became Baliuag Cross and Flame Academy, Inc., reaffirming its commitment to academic excellence and spiritual formation.
In 2017, BCFA began offering Junior High School, further strengthening its academic programs, and in 2021, it was recognized as an ESC-Participating School under the Department of Education. In 2025, the Academy was officially approved to offer Senior High School, with implementation expected in School Year 2026–2027. Today, BCFA continues to uphold its founder’s Christian vision, forming learners with strong character, faith, and service.
