We are pleased to announce that abstract submission is now open!

The deadline for abstract submission is June 21, 2026.

We welcome contributions in the form of poster or oral presentations.

Submissions are encouraged across all biological models and all types of chemicals, covering a wide range of topics including, but not limited to, experimental results, methodological designs, conceptual approaches and other relevant topics.

Please note that :

• Each participant may present only one poster and/or one oral presentation. If you wish to propose both a poster and an oral presentation, please include both abstracts within the same form and within the same PDF.

• Each participant may apply for the best poster and/or best oral presentation awards (separate prizes for Master's and PhD students). These awards are generously funded by the Belgian Society of Toxicology and Ecotoxicology (BelTox).

All oral presentations will be held in English. Here is what you need to know:

• Presentations should be provided in both PDF and PPTX formats.

• Please name your file clearly with your session and name, for example: "Session1_Smith.pdf". 

• Presenters should upload their presentation to the room computer during the break before their session. Volunteers will be available to assist in uploading your presentation. 

• Each presentation will last 10 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for questions.

All posters must be written in English. Here is what you need to know:

• Posters should be prepared in A0 format (841 × 1189 mm).

• Posters will be set up during the break before the session.

• Presenters are expected to stand by their posters throughout the session to discuss their work and answer questions.

• A 1.5 hour session will be dedicated to poster presentations.
