Resources to Support Continuity of Learning
General Resources
The Math Learning Center has put together a number of supports for Pre K to Grade 5 on a website entitled "Math at Home" including:
unique activities for each day (new activities are being added each day) that follow a weekly 5 day pattern including which one doesn't belong and math in our world.
practice sheets for each grade
examples of family games, as well as online games
YouCubed at Stanford University has developed a number of newsletters highlighting resources and activities for math learning at home (#YoucubedAtHome).
Desmos
The team at Desmos has been responding to the current challenge of teaching and learning from home with a number of additions and supports: Desmos, Coronavirus and You.
Desmos is an online graphing calculator, but it is an incredibly rich resource of classroom activities: Desmos Classroom Activities; also Daily Desmos brings you graphing challenges every week. A graph is given, and the challenge is to write equations that reproduce the graph.

Using Manipulatives
Didax has developed a number of virtual manipulatives including ten frames, base ten blocks and pattern blocks. Also included are free activities and instructions for embedding these screens into an online learning platform.
The Math Learning Center apps are free and available in iOs, Android and web-based formats. They include virtual manipulatives such as geoboards, rekenreks (number racks), pattern blocks and base ten blocks.

Visual Representations
Created by Berkeley Everett, this site contains a series simple videos that explore a variety of mathematical concepts and promote problem solving. The videos and printouts are designed to:
uncover patterns that are foundational to Elementary Math
give multiple access points to engage everyone in discussion
inspire educators and students to invent their own visualizations of math concepts
