Project Criteria:

CSSP is a VIA project within the school community.
You can start by considering the following:
Identify the problem areas faced by the students
Write out the objectives of your students' VIA project
Plan who your audience is - at least a level (eg. sec1 cohort)
Plan the steps, timeline and tasks to carry out the project
Carry out the project to meet the objectives and review/reflect on the learning experience.
eg. using posters and actively spread awareness of anti-crime messages like theft, bullying, vandalism, alcohol/drug abuse, smoking, anti-terrorism, scamming etc
All the sec 2 cadets will then work on a project, although they can be split into groups no bigger than 8 cadets to do so. Each group can take on a different area of the project (eg. logistics, group leaders etc)
Only the sec 2 cadets will plan and carry out the project. They may involve other cadets in the implementation of the project.
NOTE : There must always be student interaction. Putting up posters alone is not enough! Cadets must interact with the students to share the message.
Once the CSSP project is completed, teacher officer will submit the nominal roll of qualifying cadets for the projects at the Submission Portal.
If cadets wish to complete their project on their own, they may embark on their project with the online step by step guidance provided through MyVIAPortal. At the end of the project, a online website will be created and be made available to the public. No submission of documents to HQ is needed. Teachers officers will only submit for badge request online at the Submission Portal.

A roleplay was done to showcase a common scenario that students will encounter and the right approach to it. This was done to raise awareness about crime prevention.
A booth was set up to raise awareness and educate BBSSians on the importance of staying alert and staying vigilant. Students get to participate in games that will get them to understand more about SG Secure.
