The orchestra uniform consists of a red polo, dark dress pants, and dark dress shoes. Students are required to purchase the school polo or a plain red polo that is free of any graphics or logos. Yoga pants, jeans, leggings, and tennis shoes are NOT ACCEPTABLE. Socks must also be dark.

This uniform represents the importance we place on our performances and our dedication to the Arts. Like professional musicians, students are expected to wear this uniform for concerts. Students will also where the polos for field trips where they are to perform their instruments, as they are representatives of the Brown Barge Middle School Orchestra program. For annual music department field trips, most venues require a uniform, especially Disney World and Universal Studios.
