About Us
Bayboro Development Center, Inc.
Our History
BDC was established as a Non-profit Corporation at 204 Neal's Creek Road Bayboro, NC 28515. With the expectation of rapid expansion in the reentry of ex-offenders. Reentry is the process of someone who has been incarcerated returning to the community. Reentry programming involves a comprehensive case management approach, and it is intended to assist offenders in acquiring housing and services.
We solicit financial backing on order to be able to obtain housing for released individuals. A short-term living home aimed at assisting ex-offenders to reenter society successfully. Reentry programming is intended to assist offenders in acquiring the life skills needed to become contributing members of our community.
