The Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) track with the department head Celestino Sapiler Jr., specifically the Information and Communications Technology (ICT), AFA & EIM specialization, at Baybay City Senior High School is designed to equip students with the necessary skills to thrive in the digital age. This program focuses on developing technical expertise in various ICT fields, including computer hardware servicing, software development, network administration, and web development.
