Baybay City Senior High School (BCSHS) was established in 2016 as part of the implementation of the K to 12 Basic Education Program. This program extended the basic education cycle from 10 to 12 years, adding two more years of senior high school. To accommodate this change, BCSHS was created to provide senior high school education to the students of Baybay City.
Located on 30 de Deciembre St. Baybay City Leyte, Baybay City Senior High School (BCSHS) has been serving students in grades 11-12 since 2016, providing quality education that's committed to academic excellence and personal growth. The school's academic track includes Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS), Accountancy, Business, and Management (ABM), Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), Technical Vocational Livelihood (TVL), and Arts and Design Track (A&D). The school also supports clubs such as the STEM Vectors, HUMSS Nexus, ABM Warriors, Handuraw, Yes-O, Science Club, Math Club, and the school publication which is divided into two: Luminescence and Katig. With perseverance and dedication from the faculty, BCSHS became a place where students learn and prepare for the future with eyes that sparkle with ambition and an unwavering heart.
