The Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS) strand with the department head Noel Moscatiles, at Baybay City Senior High School is designed to develop students' critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills. Through a comprehensive study of history, language, literature, philosophy, economics, psychology, and sociology, students gain a deep understanding of human society, culture, and behavior. This strand prepares students for a wide range of careers in fields such as law, education, journalism, public service, and the arts.
