Committees

A great way for members to contribute to the club is by serving on a committee.  New committees are formed as needed, and existing committees may be dissolved when they are no longer needed.

The club’s committees are:

• Election Committee

  • Develops a slate of candidates for the Board of Directors election in December.

• Events Committee

  • Plans the summer picnic and winter luncheon

  • Organizes participation in the Armada Fair and the Goodells Harvest Festival.

• Pens for Troops Committee

  • Maintains a stock of pen kits for members to use for donation pens.

  • Collects donated pens.

  • Develops and maintains contacts (in or associated with the military) to whom the donated pens can be sent.

  • Delivers the pens.
