Within each of the 70 Battles in Time magazines, there was a comic strip which usually spanned four pages. Each of these comic strips, were illustrated by John Ross and Lee Sullivan, with colours provided by Alan Craddock. Initially, the cards within the Battles in Time series were going to be illustrations much like those seen within the comic pages with multiple artists contributing. As such, Lee produced some artwork showcasing his work, however, GE FABBRI decided on the photo card design we see today. Sadly, none of these were printed as cards, however the artwork is still available on Lee's website: https://www.leesullivanart.co.uk/. The sample images produced by Lee are visible on Lee's website and can be seen to the left of this text, I have created a render of what a card may have looked like had they gone for the illustrated design which can be seen to the right.
In total, there were 280 pages of comics within Battles in Time, all of which have been placed into a Single PDF for your viewing pleasure.
