Pre-departure information

Over the course of the year, the temperature typically varies from 36°F to 70°F and is rarely below 26°F or above 79°F. The warm season lasts for 3.0 months, from June to September, with an average daily high temperature above 65°F.  The cool season lasts for 4 months, from November to March, with an average daily high temperature below 50°F. 

Important Items to Pack!

• A copy of your important documents like your passport

• Your Gallagher health insurance information

• Change some US Dollars into British Pounds before you arrive or plan to use the airport ATM when you arrive. Take a card that doesn't charge international transaction fees.

• One or more adapters and power converters for 220 volts (if your electronics are not already "dual voltage") - European outlets are different!
