No. 006 – Approving resolution No. 080 Series of 2019/ Appropriation Ordinance No. 4 – CY 2019 of the Municipality of San Pascual, Batangas entitled, “Appropriating the amount of fourteen million eight hundred fourteen thousand seven hundred forty nine pesos an 99/100 (P14,814,749.99)”, subject to the conditions set forth in the review of the Provincial Finance Committee. 

No, 051 - An ordinance amending certain provisions of Provincial Ordinance No. 009, Year 2003 of the Province of Batangas entitled “An ordinance creating the Batangas Province Economic Enterprises, and for other purposes.

No. 065 – Approving Resolution Biliang 2019-N083/Ordinansa Bilang 2019-009 of the Municipality of Taysan, Batangas entited, “Ordinansa na naglalaan ng halagang P 3,878,000.00 para sa Karagdagang Laang Gugulin Bilang 3-2019”, subject to the conditions set forth in the review of the Provincial Finance Committee.

Nol. 071 – Authorizing the Provincial Governor Hermmilando I. Mandanas to initiate the expropriation proceeding over the private properties located in Brgy. Maliinin, Ibaan, Batangas for the construction of Malainin Rehabilitation Detention and Hope Center in Brgy Salaban 1 and Malainin, Ibaan, Batangas.

No. 087 – Approving Appropriation Ordinance No. 2019-03 of the City of Tanauan, Batangas entitled, “An ordinance appropriating the sum of one hundred thirty-six million eight hundred seventy seven thousand and forty-nine and 72/100 pesos (P136,837,149.72) as Supplemental Budget No. 2 of the City of Tanauan for FY 2019”, subject to the conditions set forth in the review of the Provincial Finance Committee.

No. 111 – Approving Resolution No. 2019-163 / Ordinance No. 736 of the Municipality of Balayan, Batangas entitled, “An ordinance granting financial assistance to the qualified under privilege students in the Municipality of Balaya, Batangas and appropriating the necessary funds thereto”

No. 117 – Approving Resolution No. 133-19/Ordinance No. 006-19 of the Municipality of Alitagtag, Batangas entitled “An ordinance requiring all business establishments to provide a garbage can or trash receptacle duly prescribed within its premises and for other purposes”.

No. 120 – Authorizing the Honorable Governor Hermilando I. Mandanas to enter and sign a memorandum of agreement for post-residency return service with the Department of Health.

No. 121 – Encouraging all government office and private establishment to provide hand sanitizers, alcohols and face masks to prevent the proliferation not only to Novel Corona Virus (NCOV) but those diseases than may affect the immune system.

No. 122 – Approving Resolution No. 128 Series of 2019 / Tax Ordinance No. 2019-262 of the Municipality of Calatagan, Batangas entitled “An ordinance enacting the revised Revenue Code of 2020 of the Municipality of Calatagan, Province of Batangas”

No. 123 – Approving Ordinance No. 02 Series of 2019 of the Municipality of San Pascual, Batangas entitled, “An ordinance amending certain provisions of Ordinance No. 7 Series of 2017, which shall now be known as “The 2017 Revised Market Code of the Municipality of San Pascual”.

No. 124 – Approving Resolution No. 2019-A-52-A of the Municipality of Lobo, Batangas entitled, “A resolution adopting Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (MDRRMC) funded out of the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund (LDRRMF) amounting to eight million nine hundred sixty four thousand three hundred twenty two pesos (P8,964,322.00) of which seventy percent (70%) is allocated for Disaster Preparedness Prevention and Mitigation Programs, Project and Activities (PPA’S) amounting to six million two hundred seventy five thousand twenty five pesos (P6,275,025.00). 

No. 125 – Approving Resolution No 2020-A-04 of the Municipality of Lobo, Batangas entitled, Council Resolution No. 2020-01 entitled “Resolution approving the total amount of two million six hundred eighty nine thousand two hundred ninety seven pesos (2,6889,297.00) from the thirty percent (30%) quick response fund to various programs, projects and activities (PPA’s) in relation to emergency response, in relation to Taal Volcanic eruption and Resolution No. 2020-02 entitled, “Resolution authorizing the Chairperson of the Lobo Municipal Risk Reduction and management Council to use portion of the MDRRMF to assist and support affected municipalities and cities of Batangas Province in relation to Taal Volcano Eruption.

No. 126 – Approving on second reading the proposed ordinance extending the period of granting fifteen percent (15%) discount until 29th of February, 2020 on the payment of real property tax in areas affected by Taal Volcano Eruption.

No. 127 – Ordinance extending the period of granting fifteen percent (15%) discount until 29th of February, 2020 on the payment of Real property tax in areas affected by the Taal Volcano Eruption.

No. 130 – Approving Ordinance No. 19-344 of the Municipality of emery, Batangas entitled, “An ordinance appropriating the amount of one million five hundred forty three thousand pesos, (P1,543,000.00) to be herein after referred to as Supplemental Budget No. 4 CY 2019,” subject to the conditions set forth in the review of the Provincial Finance Committee.

No. 131 – Approving Resolution N0. 2019-119/Ordinance No. 017 of the Municipality of Tuy, Batangas entitled, “An ordinance authorizing the Supplemental Budget No.5 Series of 2019 involving an amount of one million seven hundred fifty thousand pesos (Php1,750,000.00) intended for personal services and maintenance and other operating expenses,” subject to conditions set forth in the review of the Provincial Finance Committee.

No. 132 – Approving Resolution No. 2019-082 Year 2019 of the Municipality of Lian, Batangas entitled, “A resolution approving the Supplemental Annual Investment Program (S-AIP) No. 2 for Fiscal Year 2019 of the Municipality of Lian, Batangas subject to conditions stated in the report of Sangguniang Bayan Committee on Finance and Appropriation and to existing laws, rules and regulations,” subject to existing laws and regulations.

No. 134 – Approving Resolution No. Number 2019-220 of the Municipality of Cuenca, Batangas entitled, “Resolution approving the Annual Investment Plan 2020 with 20% Development Fund 2020 amounting to twenty one million one hundred seven thousand and one hundred twenty pesos (P21,107,120.00), “subject to existing laws and regulations.

No. 135 – Approving Resolution No. 2019-A-21 of the Municipality of Lobo, Batangas entitled, “A resolution approving ng Annual Investment Plan of the Municipality of Lobo, Batangas for Fiscal Year 2020’, subject to existing laws and regulations.

No. 136 – Approving Resolution No. 213 Series of 2019 of the Municipality of Nasugbu, Batangas confirming and approving the 2020 Annual Investment Plan (AIP), subject to existing laws and regulations.

No. 137 – Approving Resolution No. 04 Series of 2020 of the Municipality of Nasugbu, Batangas confirming and approving the addendum to 2020 Annual Investment Plan (AIP), subject to existing laws and regulations.

No. 138 – Authorizing the Honorable Governor Hermilando I. Mandanas to enter and sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Provincial Government of Batangas and TESDA Regional Training Center – CALABARZON for the implementation of TESDA Scholarship Programs on Agriculture.

No. 139 – Approving Resolution No. 215 series of 2019 of the Municipality of Nasugbu, Batangas entitled, “Resolution authorizing the Municipal Mayor Honorable Antonio Barcelon to enter into a new contract with stall lolder of Nasugbu Municipal Public Market located at Olaguivel Subdivision.

No. 140 – A resolution requesting the Honorable Senator Emmanuel “Manny” Pacquiao for funding the proposed renovation of covered court situated at Batangas Sports Complex, Barangay Bolbok, Batangas City.

No. 141 – Approving Resolution No. 128 / Ordinance No. 15 series of 2019 of the Municipality of San Pascual, Batangas entitled, “An ordinance reallocating and retitling of the below positions.

No. 401 – Approving Resolution No. 200-33-A / Ordinansa Blg. 004 of the Municipality of Tuy, Batangas entitled, “Pinagtibay ang Supplemental Annual Investment Program No. 1 para sa taong 2020 ng Tuy, Batangas”, subject to existing laws and regulations.

No. 402 – Approving Resolution No2020 of the Municipality of BAlayan, Batangs entitled, “Resolution adopting and/or ratifying the 2020 Supplemental Annual Investment Program No. 4 of the Municippality of Balayan, Batangas amountin to Php44,847,701.00, the revised 0% Development Fund Appropriation for the year 2020 to address the current health emergency due to covid-19 threat to the Municipality”, subject to existing laws and regulations. 

No. 403 – Approving and adopting Provincial Development Council(PDC) ResolutionNo.04-2019 entitled “Resolution approving the provincial results matrices for economic development sector of the Province of Batangas.

No. 404 – Authorizing the Honorable Governor Hermilando I. Mandanas to accept and sign the deed of donation between the Province of Batangas and the Department of Health (DOH) relative to one (1) unit ambulance for Don Manual Lopez Memorial District Hospital.

No. 405 – Approving and adopting Provincial Development Council (PDC) Resolution No. 04-2020 entitled “Resolution endorsing the Provincial Development Council – Sectoral Committee on Physical land use and Infrastructure Development (PDC SCPLUD) Resolution No. 05-2020 entitled Resolution endorsing the proposed construction of Sto. Tomas, Batangas flyover located in the City of Sto. Tomas, Batangas under the steel flyover construction for the traffic decongestion in urban project, phase 1”

No. 406 – Approving Municipal Ordinance No. 02 S.2020 of the Municipality of Ibaan, Batangas entitled, “An ordinance updating and amending certain provisions of Municipal Ordinance No. 2010-02 entitled, Children’s Welfare Code of Ibaan for other purposes.

No.408 – Approving Resolution Bilang 2020-022 of the Municipality of Taysan, Batangas entitled, ”Resolution na nagpapatibay ng Supplemental Annual Investment Plan (AIP) ng Pamahalaang Bayan ngTaysan, Batangas para sa taong 2020”, subject to existing laws and regulations.

No. 409 – Approving Resolusyon Bilang 2020-078 of the Municipality of Taysan, Batangas entitled, “Resolution na nagpapatibay ngSupplemetal Annua Investment Plan (AIP) ngPamahalaang Bayan ng Taysan, Batangas para sa taong 2020”, subject to existing laws and regulations.

No. 410 – Approving Resolution Bilang 2020-083 of the Municipality of Taysan, Batangas entitled, “Resolution na nagpapatibay ng Supplemental Annual Investment Plan (AIP) ng Pamahalaang Bayan ng Taysan, Batangas para sa taong 2020”, subject to existing laws and regulations. 

No. 411 – Approving Resolution No. 02B-S-2020/Ordinance No. 181-S-2020 of the Municipality of Mataasnakahoy, Batangas entitled “An ordinance temporarily banning the sale and delivery, and regulating the consumption of liquor in the Municipality of Mataasnakahoy, Batangas to promote social dstancng”

No. 412 – Approving Ordinance No. 20-352 of the Municipality of Lemery, Batangas entitled, “An ordinance that shall strictly enforce instantaneously the temporary ban on the consumption of alcoholic / intoxicating beverages and liquors, the sale of the same by all sellers in any classification and for within  the Municipality of Lemery during every single hour of coverage presumably upon declaration and actual occurrence of diverse calamity / disaster / emergency locally as may be pronounced by either the national government or LGU and prescribing penalties for violations therof”

No. 510 – An ordinance extending the ten percent (10%) discount on quarterly mode payment of real property taxes for the second quarter until July 15, 2020.

No. 593 - An ordinance amending Provincial Ordinance No. 004 year 2012, otherwise known as the Administrative Code of the Province of Batangas, providing for the creation, abolition and reclassification of plantilla positions, modification of organizational structure, upgrading the Provincial Information Office into a department and for other purposes.

No. 594 - An ordinance amending Provincial Ordinance No/ 04 Year 2020 otherwise known as the Administrative Code of the Province of Batangas, providing for the creation of plantilla positions in the Provincial Budget Office, Provincial Assistance for Community Development Office, Provincial Human Resource Management Office and in Provincial Cooperative and Livelihood and Enterprise Development Office.

No. 606 – An ordinance amending Section 3 and 5 of Provincial Ordinance No. 006 Year 2020 otherwise known as the mandatory wearing of face mask and other similar protective equipment.

No. 608 - Amending Provincial Ordinance NO. 008 Year 2020 otherwise known as the Mourning and vigilance of the Province of Batangas.

No. 625 – An ordinance converting the evacuation centers in the Province of Batangas into healthcare facilities and for other purposes.

No. 647 – Ordinance further amending Section3 of Provincial Ordinance No. 006 Year 2020 otherwise known as the “Mandatory wearing of face mask and other similar protective equipment”.

No. 679 – Ordinance mandating the strict implementation of social or physical distancing and providing penalties for violation thereof and other purposes.

No. 726 – An ordinance amending Section 3, 5, 7 and 8 of Provincial Ordinance No. 014 Year 2020, further amending the Administrative Code of the Province of Batangas.

No. 745 – An ordinance amending Section4 of the Provincial Ordinance No. 015 Year 2020, further amending the Administrative Code of the Province of Batangas.

No. 801 – Ordinance waiving the PTCAO registration and renewal fees for a period of two (2) years in all tourism establishments.

No. 842 – An ordinance amending Section 4 par. 7 and Section 6 of the Provincial Ordinance No. 12 Year 2020 entitled “An ordinance converting the evacuation center in Barangay Aplaya, Bauan into a health care facility, and for other purposes.

No.905 – Ordinance declaring the center at Barangay Malainin, Ibaan, Batangas, as the Provincial Rehabilitation, Detention Center and Healthcare Facility for Person Deprived of Liberty (PDL) and for other purposes.

No. 1018 – An ordinance declaring the United Association of Cockpit Owners and Operators of the Philippines, Incorporated, having been awarded the franchise to broadcast live and data stream cockfighting activities and derbies at commercial establishment ad to establish, operate and maintain off site cockpit betting within the Province of Batangas, be subjected to paying corresponding provincial taxes.
