No. 016 – Approving Ordinance NO. 2018-05 entitled “Ordinance approving Supplemental Budget No. 2018-01 of the City Government of Lipa in the amount of six million seven hundred sixty six thousand pesos (Php6,766,000.00) to be taken from surplus of 2017 for the implementation of various priority programs, projects and activities of the City Government”.

No. 023 – Authorizing the Honorable Governor Hermilando I. Mandanas, Governor of the Province of Batangas into and sign a memorandum of understanding for inter-agency convergence to institution zed support for the implementation of the Provincial Commodity Investment Plan of Batangas.

No. 024 – Approving Ordinance No. 18-327 entitle. “An ordinance establishing a comprehensive nutrition program to address malnutrition and sustain programs for nutrition of the Municipality of Lemery, Batangas and appropriating funds therefor”.

No. 027 – Approving Ordinance No. 2018-19-A entitled “an ordinance creating the position of Executive Assistant II –SG 17 (Co-Terminus) and Administrative Assistant II-SG 8 (Permanent) both under the Office of the Mayor and appropriating funds for the purpose, in the Municipality of Lobo, Province of Batangas”

No. 028 – Approving Municipal Ordinance No. “2018-16 of the Municipality of Cuenca entitled an ordinance abolishing the existing Plantilla Position – Local Assessment Operation Officer (SG-15) under the Office of the Municipal Assessor.

No. 029 – Approving Municipal Ordinance No. 2018-17 of the Municipality of Cuenca entitled “An ordinance creating the Plantilla Position of Appraiser 1 (SG 11) under the Office of the Municipal Assessor to be included in the budget year 2019”

No, 030 – Approving Ordinance Nom 18-01-0138 of the Municipality of Bauan, entitled “An ordinance approving the application of M. A. Reyes Development Corporation for the land reclassification of lot. No. 5448 PT TD/ARP No. 05-0010-02419 with a total land area of fourteen thousand forty three (14,043) square meters from agricultural to residential of their proposed residential subdivision located at Brgy. Balayong this municipality. 

No. 031 – Approving Ordinance No. 18-340 of the Municipality of Calaca entitled “ An ordinance reclassifying the landed property of Ms. Lorna B. Pontores located at Baragay Matipok Calaca, Batangas, with an area of six thousand five hundred fifty-three (6,553) square meters from agricultural to residential purposes.

No. 032 – Approving Ordinance No. 18-341 of the Municipality of Calaca entitled “ An ordinance reclassifying the landed property of RMM Holdings and Management Corporation located at Barangay Camastilisian, Calaca Batangas with an area of one thousand nine  (1,009) square meters from residential to commercial purposes”.

No. 033 – Approving ordinance No. 18-344 of the Municipality of Calaca entitled. “An ordinance reclassifying the land property of Sps. Rolando and Juliana De los Reyes located at Barangay Putting Bato East, Calaca, Batangas with an area of three thousand nine hundred ninety-nine (3,999) square meters from agricultural to industrial purposes.”

No. 035 – Authorizing the Provincial Governor to enter into memorandum of agreement for the construction of Halfway House.

No. 036 – Resolution allowing a payment in favor of Finestdeal Trading Corporation amounting to three million three hundred eight thousand five hundred eight pesos and sixty-eight centavos (Php 3,380.68) for IV fluid supplied and consumed by patient of our district hospitals.

No. 037 – Resolution authorizing the Provincial Governor Hermilando I. Mandanas for and in behalf of the Province of Batangas to negotiate for the construction of the Amity Tower with convention center, in relation to the promotion of tourism development.

No. 038 – Resolution authorizing the Honorable Governor Hermilando I, Mandanas to enter into a deed of donation with different barangays, organization and institutions for the donation of various used furniture, fixtures and office equipment of the Office of the Vice Governor.

No. 040 – Resolution expressing deepest sympathy and sincerest condolences to the bereaved family of the late Liga ng mg Barangay President Marlon Luancing of the City of Lipa for his untimely demise.

No. 043 – Approving Resolution No. 18-2846 of the Municipality of Lemery, Batangas dated November 16, 2018 entitled “ A resolution approving the Annual Investment Program 2019 of the Municipality of Lemery, Batangas”, subject to existing laws and regulations.

No. 044 – Approving Resolusyon Bilang 2018-221 of the Municipality of Taysan, Batangas dated October 1, 2018 entitled “Resolusyon sa pagpapatibay ng Annual Investment Plan (AIP) ng Pamahalaang Bayan ng Taysan, Batangas para sa taong 2019”, subject to existing laws and regulations.

No. 045 – Approving Resolution No. 2018-214 of the Municipality of Cuenca, Batangas dated October 29, 2018 entitled “Resolution approving the Supplemental Local Development Investment Program (LDIP) 2017-2022, Annual Investment Plan (AIP) 2019, 20% Development Fund and Plan 2019 and Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Annual Investment Plan (AIP) of Cuenca, Batangas”, subject to existing laws and regulations.

No. 046 – Approving Kapasyahan Blg. 177-2018 of the Municipality of Rosario, Batangas dated December 03, 2018 entitled “Pagpapatibay sa Annual Investment Plan 2019 ng Lokal na Pamahalaan”, subject to existing laws and regulation.

No. 077 – Approving Kapasyahan Blg. 168-2018 /Kautusan Blg. 429 Serye ng 2018 of the Municipality of Rosario, Batangas dated November 12, 2018 enacting Supplemental Budget No. 04-2018 with an appropriation of five million eight hundred thirty five thousand pesos (Php5,835,000.00), subject to the usual accounting, budgeting, and auditing rules and regulation.

No. 078 – Approving Ordinance No. 35-2018 of the Municipality of Padre Garcia, Batangas dated 8, 2018 enacting Supplemental Budget No. 8 with an appropriation of two million seven hundred thousand pesos (Php2,700,000.00), subject to the usual accounting, budgeting and auditing rules and regulations.

No. 079 – Approving Resolution No. 060-18 / Appropriation Ordinance No. 01-18 of the Municipality of Alitagtag, Batangas sated October 19, 2018 enacting the Supplemental Budget No. 1 CY 2018 of the Municipality of Alitagtag, Batangas with an appropriation of eleven million seven hundred seventy eight thousand two hundred six pesos & 92/100 (Php 11,778,206.92), subject to the usual accounting, budgeting and auditing rules and regulations.

No. 083 – Approving Resolution No. 203 / Municipal Appropriation Ordinance No. 105 if the Municipality of Taal, Batangas dated August 06, 2018 enacting the Supplemental Budget  No. 2 with an appropriation of  three million pesos (Php3,000,000.00), subject to the usual accounting, budgeting and auditing rules and regulations.

No. 109 – approving Resolution No. 2018-118 / Ordinance No. 726 (2018-09) of the Municipality of Balayan, Batangas dated October 29, 2018 entitled “ an ordinance reclassifying from agricultural to institutional that certain parcel of land containing an area of thirty one thousand seven hundred sixty six (31,766) square meters, located at Barangay Caloocan, Balayan, Batangas covered by transfer certificate of the title no. 055-2018005114 and Tax Declaration No. 03-0015-04832, and registered in the name of the Municipality of Balayan, Province of Batangas.

No. 110    – Authorizing the Honorable Governor Hermilando I. Mandanas to enter into and sign to memorandum of agreement between the Office of the President, represented by Executive Secretary Salvado Medialdea, and the Batangas Provincial Hospital, anent the utilization of fund for qualitied patients of Malasakit Center.
