• What: Grants for New England organizations and artists.

The Mayor’s Office of Arts and Culture Opportunity Fund (GBA) - OPEN

• What: The mayor's office is providing project-based grants of $3,000 to individuals who are presenting creative, community-centered experiences in Boston’s neighborhoods. 

• Deadline: Thursday, October 16, 2025.

Theater Community Benevolent Fund  (GBA)

• What: TCBF provides financial relief in a confidential, respectful manner to individual theatre practitioners of Greater Boston and the surrounding areas facing occurrences of a catastrophic nature.

• Deadline: Rolling

• For:  All Theatre Artists

Local Cultural Council Program (GBA) - OPEN

• What: Every community in Massachusetts is served by a Local Cultural Council (LCC), led by municipally appointed volunteers who administer an annual grant program to support local cultural projects. Individuals, groups, and organizations may apply. Grant amounts vary, and applications are submitted directly to each LCC.

• Deadline: October 16, 2025

• For:  All Theatre Artists

Creative Experiences Grants (GBA) - CLOSED

• What: Grants to organizations (including schools) to fund festivals, projects, residencies, and other cultural activities in the arts, humanities, and sciences. Grants are $2,500 or $5,000.

• Opens: March 3, 2026

• Deadline: April 30, 2026

• For:  All Theatre Artists
