Rachel uses her occupational therapy training to keep us balanced and flexible. Cindy's yoga training helps us to beef up our flexibility and stability using balls, straps, blocks, and bands to assist.
Cost:
Tuesdays: Members $5 one session or $8 for both. Non-members $8 one session or $11 for both.
