By downloading, installing, or using the PDF to Excel Converter mobile application ("App") and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Lets you upload PDF files, camera photos, or images containing tabular data
Uses third-party AI models to extract table data from your uploads
Converts the extracted data into Excel (.xlsx) files
Offers a free tier and paid subscription/credit plans for additional usage
The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
You must sign in with Google to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
Violate any laws or regulations
Upload files containing illegal, harmful, or infringing content
Upload documents you do not have the right to process or share
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including its file processing infrastructure
Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service or abuse conversion limits
Circumvent any security, credit, or subscription limitations
Reverse engineer or extract our underlying conversion logic or AI prompts
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
PDF to Excel Converter uses third-party artificial intelligence providers (such as Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, and OpenAI ChatGPT) to extract tabular data from your uploaded files. Regarding AI-assisted conversion:
No Guarantee: Converted Excel output is generated automatically and may contain errors, omissions, or misread values, particularly with low-quality scans, handwriting, or complex table layouts.
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of any converted file before relying on it, especially for financial, legal, or business use.
Not Professional Advice: Converted output is not a substitute for professional data entry, accounting, or verification services.
Content Ownership: You retain all rights to the files you upload and the converted output you receive.
You retain ownership of all files you upload and the converted Excel files generated for you. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content — including transmitting it to third-party AI providers — solely to provide the conversion service to you.
You represent that you have the right to upload any content you provide and that it does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright or confidentiality obligations.
The PDF to Excel Converter name, logo, and app design are our trademarks.
The App's code, features, and functionality are our intellectual property.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.
All third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and uploaded files. By using the Service, you consent to our privacy practices.
Certain features require a paid subscription or credit purchase, processed through RevenueCat and the applicable app store (Google Play / Apple App Store).
Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation are managed through your app store account settings.
Purchased credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or app store policy.
We reserve the right to change pricing or credit allowances with advance notice through the App.
We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to:
Scheduled maintenance
Technical issues or outages
Third-party AI provider disruptions
Force majeure events
We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
MERCHANTABILITY
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE

ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF CONVERTED DATA
We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your requirements.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PDF TO EXCEL CONVERTER AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
Service interruptions or data loss
Errors or inaccuracies in AI-converted files
Unauthorized access to your account
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100 if you have not paid anything).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PDF to Excel Converter and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Files you upload or content you generate using the Service
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
Upon termination:
Your right to use the Service immediately ends
We may delete your data and uploaded files (subject to our Privacy Policy retention periods)
Any unused subscription time or credits are forfeited unless required otherwise by applicable law
Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal action.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PDF to Excel Converter regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
