Here in the BaSG, we use a hierarchal ranking system to differentiate the roles and responsibilities of our members. These ranks are awarded based on merit and the needs of the Guild rather than seniority or other ranking systems.

Guild Leader

Serves as a Discord Moderator. Responsible for creating and/or editing rules, roles, and discord channels. Responsible for promoting members to other ranks (such as Slayer Captain or Guild Officer). May issue warnings, mute, kick, or ban members for breaking rules.

Executive Officer

Reports directly to the Guild Leader. Serves as a Discord Moderator. Able to add or edit roles and discord channels. Responsible for development of current and future Wing Commanders May issue warnings, mute, kick, or ban members for breaking rules. Able to add members to the in-game guild. Depending on the growth of the discord server, the need for more than one Executive Officer may arise.

Guild Officer

Will assist the Guild Leader with the growth of the Guild. Serves as a Discord Moderator. May issue warnings or mute members for breaking rules. Able to add members to the in-game guild. Number of Guild Officers will be determined by Guild Leader

Slayer Captain

Assists Guild Officers with "training" other players. Must meet and maintain gameplay and activity requirements set forth by the Guild Leader and Guild Officers Number of Slayer Captains will be determined by the Guild Leader and Guild Officers

Lieutenant

A designation given to individuals that have been asked to perform specific tasks for the benefit of the Guild, such as content creation, bot management, etc. Players may also be given the rank of Lieutenant for service to the guild above and beyond that which is expected of their current station. Number of Lieutenants will be determined by the Guild Leader

Wing Commander

Assists Executive Officer with promoting in-game activity. Must meet and maintain gameplay and activity requirements set forth by the Guild Leader and Executive Officer. Number of Wing Commanders will be determined by the Guild Leader and/or Executive Officer

Slayer

The backbone of the Guild. Slayers have access to all channels of the discord server not specifically designated for higher ranks.

Recruit

This role is given to individuals that have recently joined the server. Upon completion of the membership application process, the Recruit will be assigned the role of Slayer.
