BaSG Slayer Link Speed Runs (various times)

The goal is to fill the 4 tiers of the slayer link as quickly as possible. This is done by earning Hunt Pass Experience Points (or HP XP). The fastest way to earn HP XP is taking a Level 1 weapon into Escalations. Each kill earns 11 HP XP (max). Being linked, you share the reward with the other squad members. Therefore, each kill earns 44 HP XP (max) for a team of 4 Slayers.

The plan is to take a level 1 (or reforged) weapon and spam the level 1-13 Escalations until your Weapon XP reaches level 7. At that point, you have 2 options, you may switch to the longer, more difficult 10-50 Escalations, or reforge a different weapon and take it from level 1 to level 7. Shock Escalation (or SESCA) 1-13 and Blaze Escalation (or BESCA) 1-13 are the fastest Escalations to clear (in part because they have the shortest paths between each island). You should be able to complete a 1-13 run in approximately 5 minutes (less if the RNG gods smile upon you).

Please note that even if all squad members start with a level 1 weapon, you may not all level up weapons at the same rate due to the XP buffs in the Slayer Path tree. Fortunately, the HP XP earned stays at 11 when doing Level 1-13 Escalations until you reach weapon level 7 (where it drops to 10 XP)
