Baseball Coach Assistant is a coaching support application designed to help baseball coaches manage teams, plan batting orders and defensive rotations, record games, review statistics, monitor fair playing opportunities, and track pitching workloads.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when Baseball Coach Assistant is used.
Coaches may enter information including:
team and club names;
league and season information;
player names;
coach-entered player ratings;
player position readiness;
batting and defensive records;
game scores and results;
pitch counts;
team and player statistics.
Coaches are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate authority or consent to enter and manage this information, particularly when it relates to junior players. Best practice would be to use first names only.
Team, player, game, statistical, Fair Play, and pitching information is stored locally on the user’s device.
Baseball Coach Assistant does not automatically upload this coaching information to a developer-operated server.
Deleting the app may remove locally stored information unless the user has created and securely retained a backup.
Users may export team backup files containing team, player, and game information.
These backup files may include information about junior players. Users are responsible for storing, transferring, and sharing backup files securely.
Baseball Coach Assistant does not automatically receive or retain exported backup files.
Baseball Coach Assistant offers an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks team management, player editing, defensive planning, game recording, and other active coaching features.
Subscription purchases and payment information are processed by Apple through the App Store. The developer does not directly receive or store the customer’s complete payment-card details.
Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple Account subscription settings.
If a subscription ends, existing teams, rosters, saved games, statistics, Fair Play records, and pitching history remain available in read-only mode on the device.
Pitch-count information and Pitch Smart references are provided as coaching support information only.
Tournament, league, and competition rules may differ. Coaches remain responsible for confirming official rules, player eligibility, required rest, fatigue, soreness, health, safety, and player wellbeing.
Baseball Coach Assistant does not certify that a player is eligible or medically ready to pitch, catch, or participate.
Baseball Coach Assistant does not sell coaching or player information.
Information is shared only when the user deliberately exports, prints, AirDrops, emails, messages, or otherwise shares a team backup, game plan, or PDF.
Users should review exported material before sharing it and use appropriate care when it contains junior-player information.
Users can delete teams and associated records from within the app.
Deleting a team removes that team’s locally stored information from the device. This action may not be reversible unless the user previously created a backup.
Users can also delete the app from the device. Deleting the app may remove all locally stored app information.
Baseball Coach Assistant is intended for use by coaches and responsible adults, not for independent use by children.
The app may contain information entered by a coach about junior players. Coaches are responsible for entering only information that is reasonably necessary for legitimate team-management and coaching purposes.
Reasonable care has been taken to keep coaching information on the device and under the user’s control.
No storage or transfer method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should protect their device, restrict unauthorised access, and store exported backups securely.
This Privacy Policy may be updated if the app’s features or data practices change.
The current Privacy Policy will remain available at this webpage, and the effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
