沖縄のそばと料理とおやつ、オリオンビールに泡盛。時々オキナワミュージック。
白い漆喰壁にシーサーが目印。沖縄の力をお借りしてやってます。

Okinawan restaurant located in Nagono, Nagoya City, near Endouji Honmachi shopping street. Okinawa soba, food and snacks, orion beer and awamori. Sometimes Okinawan music. The white plaster wall and the seasar are the landmark. We do our business with the help of Okinawa.

2019年7月26日、梅雨を払う台風と共にオープンしました。

1階はカウンター7席、4人掛けテーブル2卓。2階は板間に座卓。大黒柱に太い梁、急な階段、窓枠に模様ガラス、昭和の佇まいを残す、隅々に懐かしさがある店です。

食事は、やちむんとうめーし。紅型版画、漆喰シーサー、琉球張り子。沖縄のラジオに新聞。沖縄の伝統と今があります。


On July 26, 2019, it opened with a typhoon that pays the rainy season.
The first floor has a counter with seven seats and two tables for four, and the second floor has a tatami room with tables. The restaurant retains its Showa-era appearance, with its large pillars, thick beams, steep stairs, and patterned glass window frames, and every corner has a nostalgic feel.

The meal is Yachimun Tomeshi. Bingata prints, plaster shisa, Ryukyu papier-mâché. Okinawan radio and newspaper. The traditions of Okinawa and the present are here.

沖縄のそばと料理とおやつ
Okinawa soba, food and snacks

カツオに豚の煮汁で優しい出汁の沖縄そば。豚肉を泡盛と黒糖で煮込んだラフテー、ソーキ。昆布と島塩で煮込んだ足テビチ。カツオ出汁で衣も美味しい沖縄天ぷら。沖縄の料理は豚とカツオに支えられています。

豆から作るモチモチのジーマーミー豆腐。有機小麦、よつ葉のバターと素材にこだわったサーターアンダギーなど手作りのおやつもあります。


Raftae, or soki, pork stewed in awamori and brown sugar. Ashi-tebichi, stewed with kelp and island salt. Okinawan soba noodles with a gentle broth made from bonito and pork broth. Okinawan tempura with bonito broth and a delicious batter. Okinawan cuisine is supported by pork and bonito.

Orion beer is served on draft. And the owner's carefully selected top-quality awamori. Awamori cocktails have a gentle taste.

Chewy Jimmy Tofu made from beans. Organic wheat, Yotsuba butter, and other ingredients are used to make our sata andagui. French press coffee is served with it.

泡盛は、店主にとって思い出のある銘柄、気に入った銘柄を入れています。泡盛以外にも、イムゲーや沖縄県産のサトウキビを使ったラム酒など沖縄産のお酒も揃えています。多種多様な銘柄が揃っており、また、カクテルやサワーなど飲みやすいスタイルでも提供しています。きっとお好みの泡盛、飲み方が見つかります。お手伝いしますのでどうぞお声がけください。
