Join us for the Zicklin Black Graduate Student Society’s inaugural Black History Month celebration. This year we are hosting the Black Culture in Corporate America panel discussion event! 

Our panelists will engage in meaningful dialogue about their shared experience of identifying as Black in their careers in Corporate America and the keys to navigating its nuances of culture, identity, and leadership experiences.  We will explore the journey, challenges, and triumphs of African Americans in professional spaces, and delve into how we, as a community, can champion diversity and inclusion.

The Black Culture in Corporate America panel discussion will explore:

• The realities of navigating corporate culture

• Diversity initiatives and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

• Building inclusivity in organizations without ERGs

• Blacks in the C-Suite: Black Executive statistics and insights

• Embracing authenticity and breaking down code-switching
