Camping and Other Things to Know
Site opens at noon on Friday and closes at 3pm on Sunday.
Merchants are welcome and there is no Merchant fee.
Camping is basically primitive. There is access to water pumps and port-a-potties.
You may dig fire pits on the site, but you have to replace the sod.
The site recommends no small pets as there are large birds of prey in the area.
Accessibility: Camping area is flat but there are rough gravel roads on site. Most buildings are wheelchair accessible. There will be wheel chair accessible port-a-potties. Showers are not wheelchair accessible.
Site is damp.
Children: The site has a large, shaded child friendly play area. Children are invited to attend classes unless there are specific restrictions.
Yes, you can charge devices in the buildings.

However, we can't guarantee there will be no cross contamination

Pet Rules
Pets are allowed at the event!
Owners are 100% liable for the actions of their pets.
The basic rules are pets are to be well behaved.
Any animal that bites a human will be asked to leave.
Aggressive behavior is not tolerated. The definition of aggressive behavior is at the sole discretion of the Event Stewards.
Excessive barking and howling is not tolerated. We recognize that all dogs bark and/or howl sometimes.
Event Stewards have the sole discretion to ask pets leave the event.
Pets must be on a leash appropriate the pet if outside their tent
If pet is in their encampment in an enclosure, leash not required
Scoop the Poop!
Pets are specifically forbidden to enter certain areas: any marshal list or any additional public areas that are marked as such.

THE SCA PROHIBITS HARASSMENT AND BULLYING OF ALL INDIVIDUALS AND GROUPS.
Participants engaging in this behavior are subject to appropriate sanctions.
If you are subjected to harassment, bullying or retaliation, or if you become aware of anyone being harassed or bullied, contact a seneschal, President of the SCA, or your Kingdom’s Board Ombudsman.
