Breakfast Choice of Fresh Fruits, boiled eggs, yogurt, juices, coffee, water, muffins/rolls, cheeses, hot cereals. There will be gluten free options. 

Lunch Choice of fresh fruit and vegetables, legumes, variety of cheeses, vegetable salad with chicken, breads and rolls, 

Friday Evening  Pasta with Cream or Pesto sauce, Pasta with Caramelized Cabbage and Toasted Walnuts, Egg tarts with spinach (GF), savory onions with barley soup, breads, fresh greens, bread pudding. There will be gluten free pasta available. 

Saturday Evening  Curried chickpeas, roast chicken, lentils and rice, steamed rice, mustard, fresh greens, breads, apple and fig tarts

• Water, coffee, tea, and lemonade will be available throughout the event. 

• There will a variety of gluten free and vegan options. 

• We cannot guarantee there will be no cross contamination, if you have severe or anaphylactic food allergies, please bring your own food.

• You may have cooking fires on site. If you dig a pit for a cooking fire, please save and replace the sod. 

• We will have paper plates and utensils, we encourage you to bring feast gear. There is a spot to wash your dishes. 

While the clay oven has been destroyed in the flooding, there is a brick oven on site. If you'd like to try cooking in it, just let us know!
