Friday Evening brings our first Skirmish, Rallying Cries, with a thundering shout and a lingering storm: Ruadhri an Cù and Gwendolyn the Graceful will share their insights into what makes an anthem soar, an anthem ring, an anthem bring all the populace running up the hill. What are the hidden rhymes and reasons some just *work*? And how many different roles can an anthem play? Does it HAVE to be in the Key of Army? (Wait, this can overlap with Court, does my kingdom do that after I've dosed off...?) Bring your favorite lyrics, and be ready to join in as Ruadhri and Gwendolyn demonstrate how songs rouse the heart!
