1989年にバーテンダーを志し、以来、ホテルバーを含むさまざまなオーセンティックバーでキャリアを重ね、現在に至る。

元・一般社団法人日本バーテンダー協会京都支部 副支部長兼技術研究部長。

各種カクテルコンペティションにおいて、優勝を含む数々の受賞歴を持つ。

Began pursuing the path of bartending in 1989, and has built his career in a variety of authentic bars, including hotel bars, ever since.

Former Deputy Director and Head of Technical Research of the Kyoto Chapter of the Nippon Bartenders’ Association.

Recipient of numerous awards, including first-place honors, in various cocktail competitions.
