MIMAMSA 2023 ZONAL TOPPER

MIMAMSA is a national-level inter-college science competition for undergraduate students organized by IISER Pune. It aims to create a unique set of questions that focus on concepts and their interdependence.

In MIMAMSA 2023, a team of our four friends (Swastik, Ailabrida, Sumedh, and me) from NISER Bhubaneswar became Zonal Toppers in Bhubaneswar Zone, India.

The National Entrance Screening Test (NEST) is an annual college entrance examination in India, conducted for admission into the National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER), Bhubaneswar, and the Center for Excellence in Basic Sciences (CEBS), Mumbai.

National Institute of Science Education and Research, Bhubaneswar (NISER), is a unique institution in India, committed to the generation, dissemination, and prevention of knowledge in basic sciences, integrated with the goal to create zeal and fervor in minds of the young buds of the nation towards scientific temper.
I got admitted to the NISER via NEST in Oct 2021.

IAT 2021: All India Rank 3548

The IISER Aptitude Test (IAT) is an annual college entrance examination in India, conducted for admission into seven IISERs (Indian Institute of Science Education and Research) across the country, India.

IISERs are prestigious centrally funded technical institutes in India and were established by the Government of India to provide collegiate education in basic sciences coupled with research at the undergraduate level. All IISERs were declared as Institutes of National Importance by the Parliament of India in 2012.

INSPIRE SCHOLAR

"Innovation in Science Pursuit for Inspired Research (INSPIRE)" is an innovative programme sponsored and managed by the Department of Science and Technology, India for the attraction of talent to Science.

The selected candidates will receive a total scholarship of INR 80,000 per annum. The cash payable to selected students is INR 60,000 per annum and INR 20,000 will be given as a summer-time attachment fee to those candidates who undertake a summer-time research project.

In 2021, I passed the Higher Secondary Examination (WBCHSE). Since 2021, I am getting INSPIRE Scholarship for becoming one of the top 1% Toppers in the Higher Secondary Examination in West Bengal, India.

I completed my primary, secondary, and higher secondary education in Bengali Medium - State Board (West Bengal - India)

HIGHER SECONDARY EXAMINATION (WBCHSE) - STATE 1% TOPPER (2021)

In 2021, I passed the Higher Secondary Examination from the board - WBCHSE (West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Examination), India and became one of the top 1% toppers from West Bengal, India.
