Bantu Film Festival is a Pan-African Film festival that is aimed at changing the climate of film industry in Botswana by providing platforms that nurture growth, collaborations, innovation and creativity amongst locals and the corporate entities through knowledge sharing, film screenings and networking means.

We aim to create a platform that will put local film makers on the map through their storytelling and a platform for international buyers/ distributors. Cultivating a culture of collaboration and appreciation for local films.

So you see, our vision is to be the key driver in the film industry through cultivation of creating outstanding and internationally recognized films, promoting growth and creating a platform for network, learning and bringing in international buyers/distributors to enhance the economy of the country.

Practical film making workshops for amateurs and established professionals alike. 

Masterclasses

International film professional sharing knowledge, tips and tricks for the African filmmaker, both virtually and on-site.

Screenings
