Props

Props are usually an integral part of most competitive marching band performances. Past years have featured ramps that marchers stood on and walked over and banners that helped visually tell the story. Props will likely be designed and built in the summer prior to the marching band season and become one of the many items that need to be transported to the field and competitions by volunteers.

Interested volunteers can have an opportunity to:

• Build props using canvas, vinyl, wood, metal, PVC, etc.
• Design optimal ways to store, assemble, disassemble, load and unload props
• Hold props in place on the field on windy days!
