Read the Information Booklet and make sure Ballet Arts is the school for you.
Print out the Registration form, fill it out and sign it. Bring this with you when you come to Ballet Arts on one of the Registration days.
Review the Class Schedule and choose your class selections. Bring this with you when you come to register.
Print the ACH Authorization form, fill it out except for the monthly tuition amount. Bring this with you to registration.
Bring the completed Registration form, Schedule with your selections marked and partially completed ACH form with you to Ballet Arts and we should be able to complete the registration in a matter of minutes.
Finally, Email a message to Ballet Arts at Robin@BalletArts.org with Student Registration in the Subject line. Leave the message blank. We only want to capture your email address so we can include you in our address book for notifications throughout the year.
