We cover: ceilings, walls, windows, floor and detailing for homes / villas / public places.

DEEP CLEAN kami mencakup 2-FASE pengerjaan berdasarkan kondisi:
Our DEEP CLEAN services cover 3-PHASE CLEANING based on these conditions:

1. ROUGH & FINAL CLEANING (PHASE 1)
Pengerjaan memakan waktu 4-5 jam per sesi.
Pengerjaan bisa memakan waktu lebih dari 1 sesi tergantung dari luas ruangan dan bangunan.

Takes up to 4-5 hours per session.
Procedures could take more than 1 session, depending on the size of the premises.

DISARANKAN UNTUK:
Pasca renovasi / pembangunan (tidak menerima pengangkutan sampah konstruksi / pembangunan),
Rumah yang sudah lama tidak dibersihkan secara menyeluruh,
Tempat umum yang telah beroperasional sehari-hari.
Mencakup debu berat di dalam ruangan.
Menghilangkan kerak air di toilet, keran dan shower kamar mandi.
Tidak termasuk poles lantai dan dinding.
Tidak termasuk pressure wash / vacuum service.
Untuk tempat pasca renovasi di sarankan untuk menambahkan penyewaan vacuum cleaner kami dengan rate IDR 400,000 / 4 hours.

SUITABLE FOR:
Post-renovation (we do not pick up debris),
Empty homes that haven't been cleaned in months,
Public places that operate daily,
Cleans heavy dirt / dust.
Removes hard water stains on toilet bowl, sink and shower in the bathroom.
DOESN'T include floor and wall polishing.
DOESN'T include pressure wash / vacuum service.
For post renovation, vacuum cleaner hire is suggested for IDR 400,000 / 4 hours.

2. LIGHT CLEANING (PHASE 2 after FINAL CLEANING ONLY)
Dilakukan untuk pelanggan yang SUDAH melakukan FINAL CLEANING SAJA, dilakukan bisa 24 jam setelah pengerjaan atau sampai dengan 3 hari setelahnya. Light cleaning hanya bisa ditentukan oleh management kami dari kondisi terkini di tempat tersebut.
Tidak untuk kebersihan pasca renovasi. Harus melalui FINAL CLEANING dahulu, baru bisa melakukan jasa LIGHT CLEANING.
Mencakup: menghilangkan debu ringan untuk langit-langit, tembok, jendela, furniture.

ONLY available for our clients that have booked FINAL CLEANING, can be done 24 hours after the first service or up to 3 days after the first service. Light cleaning can only be decided by our management from how the condition is like.
NOT for post renovations. Must go through FINAL CLEANING first.
Covers: cleaning fine dust on ceilings, walls, windows, and furniture.
We often now this service as the 'Powder Puff' Service.

3. GREEN CLEANING:
Dianjurkan untuk anda yang peduli akan lingkungan dan ingin menghindari penggunaan bahan kimia untuk jasa kebersihan kami.
Kami gunakan campuran yang ramah lingkungan berisikan: air bersih, white vinegar, dan lime serta aromatherapy.
Tidak untuk pasca renovasi.
Hanya bisa dilakukan untuk Light Cleaning.
Kebersihan noda / kerak air tidak bisa dilakukan dengan Green Cleaning.

Suggested for you who care about the environment and want to avoid use of chemicals for cleaning.
We use a natural mix of: distilled water, white vinegar, lime and aromatherapy.
NOT for post renovations.
Can only be done for light cleaning.
CAN NOT cover stains.
