You can view reports published by RWA any time here and get information.
If you are unable to view the reports, it is likely that you don’t have permission to access the community Google Drive restricted access. Access is allowed to members of the balajiclassicowners[at]googlegroups[dot]com Google Group only due to confidentiality and security.
If you are a resident of Balaji Classic, please request the RWA office bearers to add your email ID to the balajiclassicowners Google Group to enable view access.
Once your email ID has been added, log in to your Gmail account in your browser, return to this page and click links or button below. You should then be able to view the reports.
Note: Reports published after 1-Sept-2025 are available in shared Google Drive. Previous period records are with previous RWA management members.

Monthly RWA Receipts and Payments Reports
The RWA will prepare and publish the Monthly Receipts and Payments Report on or before the 10th of each month for the previous month.
The report will be uploaded to Google Drive, shared in the Balaji Classic Residents’ WhatsApp group, and emailed to the community mailing list at balajiclassicowners[at]googlegroups[dot]com.
Monthly RWA Bank e-Statements distribution
Monthly RWA Bank e-Statements distribution
Monthly RWA bank statements are shared automatically with residents by email once the bank sends them to the community email.
To receive these emails, please ensure your email address is added as a member of the community Google Group.
Kindly provide your email ID to the security staff and request them to forward it to the RWA for inclusion or contact RWA directly.

Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) is Conducted in the month of July Every Year.
General Body Meeting (GBM) may be conducted every 6 months or as decided by RAW Office.
Minutes of meeting (MoM)/Resolutions will be circulated to Residents online/on Notice Board.
