Deb McCormack advocates and practices consistency rather than intensity.

Deb has over 30 years experience teaching exercise and movement to people of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels (including almost 20 years adjunct faculty Bakersfield College, PE department).

Currently Deb's small group classes are held @ the Kern County Museum, 3801 Chester Ave.

Usually classes are held in the Standard Schoolhouse.
