Registration Fee: This fee goes to hold your spot and begin to purchase the necessary supplies we will need for the upcoming school year such as paper, ink, crayons, markers, pencils, etc. 

Curriculum: Our 1st grade and up students will be working with Abeka curriculum for Math, Reading, and Grammar. We will supplement other curriculums to accommodate the sciences and history classes that are necessary for our learners. You are provided with a calendar in your registration packet to sell in order to cover your curriculum fee. Our Abeka books come in right at $500. If you sell the whole calendar, your curriculum fee will be covered. Whatever you do not sell, must come out of pocket. 

Supply Fee: Supply fees are divided into two semesters this year to ensure come January we can replenish supplies. The academy will supply everything for daily use for your student other than their backpack. 

Maintenance / Family Service Hours: Throughout the year there are many projects that have to be completed. Some may be plumbing, electrical, cleaning up the outdoor space, etc and others are maybe filling in when a teacher is out, helping to make copies, cut or laminate materials that are a necessity for our students to learn throughout the year. With our working parents in mind, we will also have weekend options so that it doesn’t interfere with your work schedule. If you know that your day to day is too busy, you do have the option to contribute financially to help take care of some of these things that arise as the year progresses. 

Mandatory Fundraising: We will conduct at least 2 fundraisers within the upcoming school year. These funds will go towards necessities such as tablets, computers, printers, etc so that our students have access to technology when necessary. You must participate in both fundraisers, or you have the option to contribute financially if you do not wish to raise funds. 

Tuition: Tuition goes to pay salaries of our state licensed educators and to cover utilities, internet, insurance, and other business expenses.
