Director of Equipment Operations

Chris Woolsey joined the Duke Athletics staff in May 2014 and currently serves as the Director of Football Equipment Operations.

He previously served as an assistant equipment operations manager at Duke, supporting football, fencing and tennis before being promoted to his current role. 

Equipment Operations Assistant

Dustin Gwinn joined Duke Athletics as an Equipment Operations Assistant in 2023. He assists with the maintenance, distribution, and inventory of equipment and apparel for Duke football.

Prior to Duke, Gwinn was Head Equipment Manager at North Carolina Central University since August 2013.

Equipment Operations Manager

Clark Gustafson joined the Duke Athletics staff full-time in July 2021 and serves as an Assistant Equipment Operations Manager, working with the football program.

Prior to his current role, Gustafson spent four years as an equipment intern (2017–21) and served as a student manager (2013–17) with Duke football.
