I'm am just in the middle of filling out my Visa request for Russia and China and got to the part where the ask if you have a criminal record. I do have a criminal record from an assault when I was 19 am now 24 and haven't been in trouble since. I have had a search around google and some people say just tick no and that they won't be able to check but I can't help but worry that if I do and they do check and something comes up then I will be denied a visa just on the ground of lying on the application. But then again I don't want to declare it incase they can't check and then my Visa is declined due to a something I did when a stupid teenager. Does anyone else have any experience with tho for this countries?
