Terms of Use (End User License Agreement) for BabyVax Log

1. LICENSE
By downloading and using BabyVax Log ("the App"), you are granted a
limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your
Apple-branded device(s) for personal, non-commercial use.
2. IN-APP PURCHASE
The App offers a one-time in-app purchase ("Multiples Unlock") that
enables tracking multiple baby profiles. This purchase is processed by
Apple under Apple's Standard EULA. Refunds are subject to Apple's App
Store refund policy.
3. NO MEDICAL ADVICE
The vaccine schedules and any health-related information displayed in the
App are provided for general informational purposes only and are based on
publicly available immunization guidelines. The App is NOT a medical
device and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any
medical decisions regarding your baby.
4. USER RESPONSIBILITY
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the
App. We are not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate,
incomplete, or missing records, including but not limited to missed
feedings, missed vaccinations, or medical decisions.
5. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App.
- Distribute, sublicense, or resell the App.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any
kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable
for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages,
or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
8. PRIVACY
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:

9. CHANGES
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the
App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
