Privacy Policy for BabyVax Log

This Privacy Policy describes how BabyVax Log ("we", "us", or "the App")
handles your information. BabyVax Log is a baby tracking application
available on the Apple App Store.
1. OUR PRIVACY COMMITMENT
BabyVax Log is built privacy-first. We do NOT collect, store, or transmit
any personal data to our own servers. There are no analytics SDKs, no
advertising networks, no tracking, and no third-party data sharing in the
App.
2. DATA YOU ENTER
All baby records (feedings, diapers, sleep, vaccine history) you create
in the App are stored locally on your device. You can delete any entry at
any time within the App. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored
data from your device.
3. ICLOUD SYNC
If you enable iCloud sync, your records are synced across your Apple
devices through your private iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit
framework. This data is stored by Apple under your Apple ID, not by us.
We have no access to your iCloud data. You can manage or delete this data
at any time from your Apple ID settings (Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud >
Manage Storage).
4. IN-APP PURCHASES
The App offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock multiple baby
profiles. Payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store.
We do not collect or process your payment information. Apple may provide
us with limited transaction data (such as whether a purchase was made) for
the purpose of verifying your purchase. This information is not linked to
your baby records or any personal identity.
5. COUNTRY-SPECIFIC VACCINE SCHEDULES
The App displays immunization schedules based on the country you select.
These schedules are public health guidelines and do not constitute medical
advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider regarding
vaccinations.
6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
BabyVax Log does not knowingly collect any personal information from
children. The App does not require an account or any personal data input
to function. For iCloud sync, the Apple ID holder (the parent or
caregiver) controls access to the data.
7. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
- Local data: Deleted when you delete individual entries or uninstall
the App.
- iCloud data: Remains in your private iCloud until you delete it via
iCloud settings.
8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be
posted on this page with an updated revision date.
