A. Timetable 📆

1. Know the date/day of the Examinations (Examinations Time Table).

B. Place 🏘️

1. Know your room location where you are going to write your examinations. 

2. The Examination candidates must sit in the allotted place. The marked slip must not be torn off.

C.TIMING 🕰️

1. Be on time for all examinations. 

2. Avoid making noise and moving once you are in the exam hall.

3. You are not allowed to leave the Examination Hall before the last THIRTY minutes

D. DRESS CODE 🕴️🕴️🕴️

1. Throughout the examination, students should be in their school uniform which includes your dress, shoes and socks.

2. This also includes wearing a student ID (which is commonly known as name tag). Student ID is compulsory for all the exams. The invigilators will be very strict about your name tag. Carry your student ID.

3. In case you forget to bring the ID, produce an admit chit which is issued by vice principal on some genuine grounds. 

E. READING ?? ??

1. Use the READING TIME (15 minutes) discreetly. During the reading time, students will only read and do nothing else.

2. Immediately inform the invigilator, if you are not given the right question paper or your question paper is incomplete, badly printed or damaged. Do NOT take the wrong paper.

G. WRITING ✍️ 📝

1. You are NOT permitted to start writing before the invigilator has announced.

2. Record the details required: Name/Class/Section/Index Number on the Answer scripts as well as the question paper before the start of the Examination.

3. No extra time will be provided at any situations except for genuine cases (to be considered by the school authority).

H. MATERIALS 🖌️📏🖍️📰

1. You may take into Examination Hall only the materials and equipment which are allowed.

2. You will be checked physically if necessary before entering the Examination Hall.

3. Avoid borrowing pens, pencils, erasers etc during the Examinations.

4. Class IX would be permitted to use calculators FX 82 - FX 100 only.

5. Avoid using a correction pen /correcting fluid in the exam hall.

I. MALPRACTICES 👨‍✈️👩‍✈️

1. Be fair while writing the Examinations. Just write what you know.

2. You must not take part in any unfair practice such as carrying cheating materials, discussing, exchanging of papers and seeking help or helping others while taking the Examination.

3. Anyone found involved in malpractices such as carrying cheating material or exchanging papers during the exam will be asked to leave the hall immediately and shall bear the examination sanctions. 

4. You must not talk to or disturb other candidates in the Examination Hall.

J. TOILET 🚻 

1. Please discipline yourself and try to avoid visiting the toilet.

2. Visiting the toilet will be allowed only on genuine cases and students will be escorted by the reliever.

K. OTHERS 

1. Avoid chewing in the exam hall.

2. Do not take your answer scripts intentionally or unintentionally out of the exam hall. If anyone is found doing so, the paper will be cancelled.

3. If the students forget to carry their Student ID then they need to get admit chit from the academic head to enter the examination room.
