Why a well-being class?

To get better, to feel better, to take care of oneself, to invent our well-being practice and develop a well-being (daily) routine, to get nourished and inspired, to get healing tricks, to improve our daily life…

What content?

From body to mind, from spirit to soul…

Movement, stretching, acupressure, breathing exercises, Yin/Yang, Qi circulation, role play, voice, singing, shaking and laughing, self-expression, let it go!

In a fun, respectful and non-judgemental approach, I propose exercises, practices and tips to help us improve our own well-being. This approach will be collective but adapted to each of you, to your individual states and needs. 

We will also have time to share tea, fruits, chocolate, biscuits… because gathering and socialising in a caring and empathic environment is part of the wellness process.

These classes are a safe place to share pain, laughter, tears, confidences. These can be a space to weave relationships with others to create a community and supportive network. It is a space to learn from each other. 


In order to create a safe space, participants will be asked to maintain a strict confidentiality about what is shared.
