The Leading with Diversity Committee is a vibrant, purpose-driven space committed to reducing stigma, celebrating inclusion, and highlighting the unique value every individual brings to our communities. We believe that collaboration is a viable action to transformation, and that when people from all walks of life come together, we can create more compassionate, informed, and connected communities.

At the heart of this committee are two inspiring subcommittees:

Diversity Unfiltered – Featured monthly in our coalition newsletter, this written series uplifts the voices of lived experience through Lived Experience stories and reflections. With each feature, we explore the many dimensions of diversity—cultural, personal, historical, and emotional—showcasing the strength and wisdom that comes from different perspectives

Community Connection Roundtables – This initiative brings together coalition members and community partners to engage in meaningful dialogue, reduce stigma, and build supportive relationships. Through storytelling, shared experiences, and a lens of resilience, these Roundtables offer space to listen, ask questions, gain new insights, and spotlight hope in action.

Together, these efforts open the door to deeper conversations about stigma, inclusion, and the power of showing up authentically. The Leading with Diversity Committee invites you to explore your own worldview, listen to the stories of others, and discover the profound strength of human connection.
