TRIZ Workshop
TRIZ is the Russian acronym for "Theory of Inventive Problem Solving," an international creative method founded in the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR) between 1946 and 1985 by engineer and scientist Genrich S. Altshuller and his colleagues.
The following are the key findings of TRIZ research:
Problems and solutions are used in a variety of sectors and sciences. You can predict imaginative solutions to problems by describing them as "contradictions"
Patterns of technological evolution seem to reoccur through industries and sciences.
Outside of the area in which they were created, creative inventions often make use of scientific effects.
Learning these repeating patterns of problem and solution, recognising the inconsistencies inherent in a case, and creating new ways of using scientific effects are all part of using TRIZ.
You then apply the general TRIZ patterns to the particular situation at hand, resulting in a simplified version of the problem.
In solving the problems, the TRIZ matrix with 40 TRIZ principle will help to define the best solution to the problem.
