I am honoured to receive the IEEE Malaysia Section Outstanding Volunteer Award 2022, presented at Inspiration Night 2023 held at Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur. This recognition celebrates contributions to IEEE YP initiatives and my ongoing work in engineering education, machine learning, and space weather. Grateful for the support and inspired to continue serving the engineering community. 

I had the pleasure of sharing a book review in the session Read the Book, Start the Talk, hosted by Dr. Thahira Bibi T.K. Muthu Koya Thangal. The book I chose was "The Last Lecture" by Randy Pausch, a deeply moving reflection on life, dreams, and legacy. It was an enriching experience to discuss the powerful messages this book offers. 

I had the honour of moderating an engaging session featuring two impactful topics. Dr. Muhammad Asraf Hairuddin shared insights on AI-driven precision farming, while Mdm Suhana Mohamed presented a success story on lemongrass commercialization at UiTM Pasir Gudang. It was a pleasure to facilitate discussions that showcased innovation and community empowerment through research and technology.
