I believe that the student must feel good about themselves. This means that they understand their strength and weaknesses, and they can improve. I strive to help them to reap their rewards through the sense of achievement when they gain new knowledge. My goal is for them to appreciate their self-development rather than focusing solely on satisfying their needs. My idea of being a facilitator is about creating the needs to improve within students, instilling self-motivation and eventually reward themselves for the improvement.
In the beginning of the semester, the learning outcomes (LO) and the assessments based on the LO are set carefully to fairly evaluate students’ accomplishments. Any amendments and feedback are then recorded in the Teaching Plan (TP) documentation.
