Beyond my doctoral research, I have gained industry experience as a Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) intern at AstraZeneca. I have also received recognition as an outstanding educator and mentor from the UIC Graduate College (click here for award details), secured an award from the UIC Provost’s Office and University Library for advancing educational accessibility for undergraduates (click here for award details), and actively supported undergraduate student development. 

Outside of work, I am an active member of an initiative supporting underserved communities in Chicago through monthly provision of household supplies, as well as providing assistance to refugee populations.
