Designed a system consisting of a complex set of synchronizing rings, pressure plates, sliding sleeves, etc to engage or disengage the 4WD system of the vehicle. Selected a 1:1 synchronizer ratio for seamless operation when switching from a four-wheel-drive system to a rear-wheel-drive system on the go.
